Just another day.
The arctic fox wonder in the forest, not knowing that it was Inuyasha's. He hasn't been here in a while though but demons were known to be located here. Shad didn't mind so he just confinue to walk, if there was a demon in the area, he kept walking around in the forest. Not like there was nothing else to do anyways.
He felt so out of place in the forest, everything is so day as he was just a white dot in a black painting. Completely noticeable, even if he was far away. Shad jumped up a tree and then watched for anyone who came. The fox was just bored and maybe humans wont think that he's a demon. [/blockquote]

After restocking on supplies Yumi had headed out of the village. They were a nice group of people, better than she'd thought anyways. She guessed it was like they said, 'Never judge a scroll by it's cover, but by it's contents.' She really loved the wise comments passed of to her by her village elders. Yumi missed them dearly, but alas she would see them soon.
She was making her way towards the lake, but from what the villagers told it was about a few miles away from the forest. She would have to stop and make a small sleeping situation in the forest at dusk. Yumi wasn't going to risk going any farther than that.

Just another day.
He heard a noise. The white fox looked around to see if it was either a demon or someone just walking by. It took about a minute to find the person but it was a woman, just walking. She wasn't even at the tree that he was on yet. That was a surprise. Shad looked around and sniff the air, there wasn't any demon scent right now, but then again, it wasn't even close to be sunset.
He jumped off the branch and landed on his four legs. Then the fox just sat down and wait for the woman to pass. From the sharp objects, looked like a demon slayer, but he wasn't demon, he was three-quarter demon, but not demon, completely. So she wouldn't kill him, hopefully. Right now him being a fox is a better thing to be right now till she either leaves or pass him without noitcing him.

She inhaled a sharp breath. She could tell today it was going to be an extremely long day today. Her feet were tired and worn out from all the traveling she did over the past few days. Yumi knew once she reached the lake she would get her well desereved rest.
Her feet pitter-patted along the dirt road until she saw a figure not even a few feet away. It was a white fox just sitting on the path. Waiting...but for what? Her? She tried to get the aura of the fox...hmm it seemed demonic, but not fully. Interesting, she didn't run into things like this before.
"What are you doing sitting in the middle of the path,"She asked even though she knew it wouldn't answer her.

Just another day.
The white fox just stared at the woman till she was infront of him where he had to look up at her. Diffently a demon slayer. She stared at him like if he did something. What did he do? Did he do anything? Don't answer that question Shad, or she'll really going to kill you. He thought to himself without being telepathic with her. He was still practicing on trying to not talk to people through minds. He tilted his head to the question to act like he couldn't understand her. Like most foxes, they can't understand humans and humans can't understand fox. Maybe this'll be the first time in a long time that he acts like one. Shad didn't answer her question.[/blockquote][/color]

Yumi watched the small fox as it tilted its head. She couldn't help but have this little hope that the fox might understand her. It was demon-esque correct? So why wouldn't it talk to her? Didn't all demons have a human form of some sort? No, she remembered some wolf demons that were only wolves. Hmm...maybe it's a weakling like them.
Yumi rolled her eyes at the fox. Why was it still sitting there? This fox was quite odd. "Will you move little demon fox, I have some business that I need to tend to"She ordered it. She didn't really have any business that she needed to tend to. It was just a little ploy she had made so the fox could move out of her way.

Just another day.
The fox squinted his eyes at her. "OK, now that was plain rude you know that right? You could had said please" He rolled his eyes. The woman was being rude to him and that was no way to treat someone even if he was demon or mostly demon. Shad heard that all humans are mean but has manners though. Strange.
"Plus, what business? You are going the opposite direction last time I checked." Well, she was. Shad came from the same path that she was going and from the same direction which was the villege. Was the woman blind? [/blockquote]

Yumi watched the white foxes every move. He squinted his eyes at her and then rolled them. Had she done something wrong or something? All she told it to do was move. Didn't he know it was rude blocking a ladies way? Maybe he didn't know any better?
"Fox could you please move! Ughh...why do I even bother dealing with a dumb animal,"Yumi complained. She hoped that would make the demon move out of the way. Or angry enough to attack her so she could knock it out and be on her merry way.

Just another day.
The white fox sighed. The woman said please at least but then made the whole thing rude. He wasn't going to fight, man to animal because he loose in this form but oh well. Shad didn't really want to fight anyways, she was acting like a pup who wants food. "OK that was rude of you calling me dumb. Plus I'm more intelligent than you are most likely so you can't call me a 'dumb animal' and second of all, you don't have to bother, you could easily take a step to the side and move forward without hitting,"
Shad just stared at her. Does she know that he was talking to her? He was or was she really deaf. Intresting. "Yes I am talking to you!" [/blockquote]

Yumi began to hear a voice in her head. She raised a brow as in question to who was talking to her? Had her tiredness made her go insane. Surely not! She had never cracked under this much stress before, what would make this time different. "OK that was rude of you calling me dumb. Plus I'm more intelligent than you are most likely so you can't call me a 'dumb animal' and second of all, you don't have to bother, you could easily take a step to the side and move forward without hitting," .
Wait a minute...was that the fox? "Yes I am talking to you!"
Oh Kami's the fox was talking and to her. Now she felt like she was really going. insane. "Oh someone's a bit moody today,"She directed her voice at the fox. She was a bit hypocritical but had the fox known her current situation he would have surely moved along the path.

Just another day.
The white fox smirked when she said: Oh someone's a bit moody today.. "Oh looks who talk, I wasn't the one who said to get out of the way when you could have easily moved to the side," He replied. Shad would win and find every possible way to win at these kind on situations. The fox sighed and waited for the woman to see what she had to say.

"Oh looks who talk, I wasn't the one who said to get out of the way when you could have easily moved to the side," the little white fluffy fox said to her. Yumi still thought this was rather strange. What would someone think if they were to happen upon these two. They would think that she was insane talking to the fox that's what. Maybe she should just leave the fox alone. Nah....
"Sasssy! I didn't want to be attacked by a rabid fox, that's why I didn't move you little---," Yumi began to say when she sensed a much stronger demon aura headed towards them. She got out her bow and arrows and aimed towards the trees.
