Turning his back on the demon, Altair held the Piece of Eden in his right hand, and as it started to glow orange, any illutions in his way would be dispelled that stood in his way. Altair runs up to a wall and jumps graping onto a ledge, and pushing his entire body onto the floor. Altair aimed the Piece of Eden to his left and began walking.

Kagome turned her head slowly, the terrible pain in her neck making her flinch. She could see the mirror, the pale girl staring at her intensely the small mirror gripped in her tiny hands. And there in the looking glass were her friends, smiling Kikyou in her place, beside Inuyasha. Part of her fought it, arguing that it wasn't plausable. Inuyasha wouldn't betray her.
But then she remembered how alluring Kikyou could be to him. How she had thrown herself into his arms, shocking him at first, but eventually enrapturing him. He'd wrap his clawed fingers around hers, laying his dog eared head on her shoulder, his amber eyes closing behind his lids in contentment. Kagome knew that these things were possible.
"No." she begged. "Kami-sama no."
The heartbreaking sound of her own voice jolted her to her core. She'd denied her feelings for him for so long that the raw emotion was startling. She loved Inuyasha, and knew that if what she was seeing was true, she might as well let Naraku kill her. She'd have no reason to live.

"As an assassin of the holy land? What kind of crap is that? Look if you lay one finger on her I'll cut your head off, understand."
The hanyo knelt next Kagome's body he tried lifting her up, maybe his familiar teach and smell would help her wake. Inuyasha would die with her if he had to he would rather them parish together instead of leaving without her. "Wake up, please..." Inuyasha though to himself he wished she could read his mind and hear his plea. Blood from his left hand was visible on her white shirt but he could care less about that, he traced her body over for cuts but found no trace of blood. You could almost hear him growling, like a dog would to the assassin. Inuyasha snapped at him.
"What caused this?"

Naraku's ruby eyes glimmered with hope as he saw the miko breaking down. How foolish was she to truly believe that her friends would dump her for a clay pot. His clay pot. Wait, not his, his human hearts. Kikyo...Naraku's human heart was still in love with Kikyo even though she was dead and nothing but a soulless creature now.
'Kami-sama no.' He heard Kagome say. His grin only widened at this.
"Yes Kagome, this is is the truth. I show nothing but the truth to you. Inuyasha is the liar, and the deceiver. Not I. Inuyasha has tricked you all into believing that I was a ruthless creature."Naraku lied hopefully corrupting the girl.
He watched all the pain and disbelief on the innocent girls face. If he truly had a heart he would actually feel sorry for her.

Peering down to the demon, Altair could still hear the echos of laughter in the background, and can still feel the ominous presence near by. I not know of what happened to her, but if you wish to find her, I suggest that we work together. Altair turns around facing a long hall, and on the other side a ominous black room.

"He lied?" Kagome asked, still disbelieving.
She was staring at Naraku, fear filling her as well as all the other emotions that she was feeling. Sadness, hurt, pain. It was unfair fo her, the hanyou torturing her with these scenes, whether true or not. Her heart broke as her body slowly floated to the floor.
"Please, don't show anymore. I can't take it." she said, turning and curling into a ball away from him.
Her tears were silent, as were her sobs. She didn't want this man, her enemy, to see her cry. She remembered Inuyasha and Kikyo together, their arms wrapped tenderly around one another. She thought of the many times she'd been in her place, held so carefully in his arms. She ached. The pain of a broken heart though not fatal, was still a wound.

Sango opened her eyes to find herself wrapped in a sticky, balmy sort of substance. It was dark and murky all around her and it was painful to breathe and move. Where am I? What happened? Where is everybody? Sango flexed her fingers and found out both hands were too numb to moved. She gritted her teeth and rolled her eyes around the place.
What she saw was mostly black and purple things, too dark and smelly to tell. The ceiling was high, and there were no trees in sight.I must be in a cave... She closed her eyes and tried to recall the memories before she got caught.
She remembered seeing Kagome's incarnation, Kikyo throwing herself into Inuyasha's arms. She remembered how happy he looked, how his longing for her finally was satisfied. She remembered how he took in her scent, the scent he had missed for so long. He took in her scent, the fake scent that covered over her clay body...
And she remembered seeing how hurt Kagome was. How sad she looked when she witnessed them hugging so happily. How torn apart she was. And Sango knew it wasn't her fault. Neither was it for Inuyasha, or Kikyo. She even remembered how unwillingly she ran from Inuyasha when he called her name.
Tears began to roll down her cheek when she remembered this painful scene. And here she was, stuck in some cave only God would know where, when her friend was somewhere out there all alone?
"No," Sango shouted out loud. She eyed her boomerang Hiraikotsu on the slickly floor. "I'll get out of this place, and find her. I will!!!" With conviction in her heart, she began to pull this way, and that way, while at the same time, she thought about Miroku and Shippo and Kirara. She wondered where they were.

The soul stealers surrounded Kikyou's body as they collected the spirits of the dead women. As she passed through the forest trees, she came upon a dark, dark cave that seemed to glimmer with evil at the same time. She frowned and decided to check it out. The soul stealers then left her side, waiting out of the cave.
When she was inside, she felt an ache in her heart, and a flash of hatred throughout her body. It was the old, false hatred she had for Inuyasha, and the ache was the love for him. The hatred was also for her reincarnation, Kagome. But there was no reason to hate her. After all, Kikyou was only a dead woman, only made of clay, only a dead memory of the past...

As the sweat beads rolled down her cheek, Sango heard a footstep in the cave. She looked up.
It was Kikyo. It was Kikyo, the former lover of Inuyasha. It was the tragic miko that had fallen into Naraku's trap, just as herself. But what was she doing here?
The miko's hair was untied this time. She was clutching her chest in some sort of pain, and her face was twisted in hatred. For some reason, Sango thought of Inuyasha, even though she knew that she had found out the truth of her death.
Taking no chance, Sango clasped her lips together then said, "Um... Kikyo-san, can you possibly release me from this thing?"

Ignoring the half-breed that he was talking to, he presumed into the ominous black room. Upon entering the room, a door slams shut leaving Altair is a black room, too dark to see anything. Altair assumed that all this was an illusion, and wiped out the Eden, but nothing happened. Putting the Eden back on his belt, he unsheathed his saber, and proceeded cautiously further into the room. In the room, Altair can hear someone that sounded familiar. Altair spoke out in Arabic to make sure it was not trick.

Kikyo grimaced as she watched the demon slayer beg for help. "Um Kikyo-san?" Sango asked, "can you possibly release me from this thing?"
The priestess clutched her bow as the pain disappeared from her heart and body. Right now, she wanted nothing more than to see Inuyasha, but because she was not mean person, there was no way she could leave someone in distress. So she walked up to her, destroyed the things binding her with a simple touch.
